Cancellation Policy
All new clients are required to leave a non-refundable deposit ( varies on service )
Cancellations: must be done by 48hr mark of appointment time or client will be charged full price.
All no call no shows will be banned from rebooking .
After 10 min grace period ( with no communication ), retainer is lost
And an additional fee is required
